Alabastar is a discovery platform connecting individuals with local service providers and businesses in Nigeria. We do not provide the services listed ourselves, nor do we act as an agent for any service provider.
3. User Conduct
Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of their accounts. Prohibited activities include posting false reviews, Harassing providers, or attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
4. Provider Responsibility
Service providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality of services provided. Alabastar does not guarantee the performance of any provider and is not liable for disputes between users and providers.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
